We have asmall 100 acre farm which allows John to maintain his lifelong love of farming. Our guests enjoy feeding the pet sheep and 3 alpacas. Part of the property is in native bush, and with over 1km of river frontage, there are opportunities to walk and enjoy the area. On a summer's day the river, with its child-friendly pools, gentle rapids and interesting rocky outcrops, is a great place to swim, picnic and explore.
There is a large commercial forest on one boundary which is available for hiking.
